- Shipping & Delivery – Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery time: 3–7 business days PAN India.
- Returns & Refunds – 7-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Refunds processed within 7 working days.
- Warranty – Cartridges last up to 6 months depending on water quality. No replacement warranty after usage.
- Liability – WAVOO is not liable for damages due to improper installation, misuse, or non-standard plumbing.
- Governing Law – These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune City.
