At WAVOO, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Return & Replacement process.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
- Time Frame: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible Products: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Used products, damaged due to mishandling, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible.
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will arrange a Free Replacement.
How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request?
Our team will verify your request and may ask for product images/videos.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket courier partners.
Return & Refund Process
After pickup, the product will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
Once QC is approved:
- Replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Important Terms
- Returns due to personal preference (no defects/damages) will be accepted with a return shipping fee deduction.
- WAVOO reserves the right to reject return requests if the product fails QC (used, damaged, missing packaging).
- In non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. The shipping cost will be reimbursed upon QC approval.
- For unaccepted orders (RTO), refund (if prepaid) will be initiated after order is returned to us.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Post-shipment, cancellations are not accepted. You may opt for Return after delivery.
